Day 0 · Send your Weave bill

We mirror your current plan one-for-one (or upgrade you to RCS if you were on plain SMS). No sales call. You get a migration plan and timeline within 24 hours.

Day 1 · Number porting

  • Your existing practice number ports over in 5-7 business days (carrier process)
  • Patients see no change · same number, better experience (RCS rich cards, read receipts)
  • We assign a temporary parallel number for testing while the port runs

Day 2 · Data import

  • Contacts imported from your PMS
  • Templates ported · we'll match your tone or seed our defaults
  • Team accounts provisioned · everyone keeps their existing email + role
  • Weave conversation history archive (CSV export from Weave dashboard)

Day 3 · Go live

DDSAi active. Auto-replies on. Your front desk does a 30-minute walkthrough with our success team. You're done before the weekend.
